HR Recruiter

Kerman Contracting is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our Head Office team in a newly created position. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and mobilisation processes across diverse projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and workforce readiness.

Your Roles, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling, phone screening, and candidate communication
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines
• Manage mobilisation logistics including travel, accommodation, medicals, and compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment and mobilisation activities using internal systems
• Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company procedures
• Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding packs
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation from candidates
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and mobilisation processes

About You:

• Previous experience in recruitment and mobilisation coordination
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
