HR Recruiter

**Kerman Contracting** is seeking a proactive **HR Recruiter** to join our Head Office team in a newly created position. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and mobilisation processes across diverse projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and workforce readiness.

**Your Roles, Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines
- Manage mobilisation logistics including travel, accommodation, medicals, and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and mobilisation activities using internal systems
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding packs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and mobilisation processes

**About You**:

- Previous experience in recruitment and mobilisation coordination
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
