We are seeking expressions of interest from sector-specific professionals for the pivotal Disability Liaison /Community Engagement Specialist role, focused on business development within NDIS services.

This will be a high-impact client-facing role, where you will be driving business growth and building meaningful, lasting connections in the disability services sector. You will be crucial in supporting service and commercial performance, growing business development initiatives and nurturing community connections, helping shape the future of disability services.

Our sector partners looks for professionals who bring:

  • Previous experience in business development or community engagement roles, ideally within disability or community services.
  • Strong knowledge and network within the NDIS ecosystem (NDIA offices, support coordination providers, allied health professionals, community groups).
  • Good understanding of the market trend and researching new business development opportunities within the NDIS and disability sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client acquisition targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.

This is an exciting opportunity that focuses on building and strengthening relationships with participants, families, carers, and stakeholders within the disability services sector.

Additional information

  • You must be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and NDIS Check.
  • The role involves regular travel and working outside regular hours to meet stakeholder needs.
