About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pool installer to join our skilled team in the Gippsland & Casey/Cardinia regions. In this role, you will take ownership of pool installation projects from site preparation through to completion, ensuring every job meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • As part of the team, provide general labouring required in the installation of swimming pools and concreting to ensure effective utilisation of team and timely delivery
  • Providing a high level of quality in all workmanship
  • Use and care for company equipment within guidelines
  • Keeping work tools and vehicles neat, tidy and presentable at all times
  • Effective time management when completing tasks or planning for an installation
  • Being courteous and sincere towards customers at all times
  • Displaying a helpful and positive attitude when addressing customers concerns
  • Celebrating with the customer as each milestone of their dream becomes a reality

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience installing swimming pools (fibreglass or concrete)
  • Strong knowledge of site preparation, levelling, and pool shell placement
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead a small on-site team
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach with clients
  • Strong practical skills with power tools and trade equipment
