Great Northern Signs is currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Accounts Administrator for an immediate start (end of October / 1st week November), with the position lasting till 19th December 2025.

About Us

Great Northern Signs/Dixon Family Signs in Darwin have been servicing the Territory's signage needs for over 25 years.

We are seeking an experience Office/Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part time basis - 25 hours per week - 9am till 2pm Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available (end of October / 1st week November), This role could be well suited to someone balancing work and family commitments.

The Role includes, but is not limited to:

  • General office administration, including answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
  • Data entry of invoicing and quotes through Xero
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Weekly payroll processing

Key skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a payroll/accounts administration role
  • Demonstrated experience in a payroll/accounts administration role
  • Ability to work effectively with internal team members
  • Strong attention to detail
