We're Hiring: Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Officer

Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ILS assurance and support across client's teams including HQ, Product Lines, Engineering Support, and Cyber Exercise Team.
  • Lead performance tracking for hardware/software procurement and maintain accurate OPS planner boards.
  • Uplift ILS documentation and procedures to align with product baselines and internal processes.
  • Provide technical support, training, and advice across teams.
  • Participate in QMRs, CCBs, and MSRs to ensure ILS engineering requirements are captured.
  • Manage software/hardware asset updates and configuration activities.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in ILS workflows.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, ICT, or related field.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (can be completed upon engagement).

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in Project Management, Quality Management, Change Management, or Training & Assessment.
  • Experience in Cyber Security.

Experience

Essential:

  • 5+ years in Logistics Leadership/Management.
  • Team leadership and mentoring.
  • Strategic data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in Systems Program Office or similar.

Desirable:

  • Personnel and workflow management.
  • Process design and warehousing experience.
  • Software procurement and sustainment.
