Job Description
Now, about the opportunity…
You will support a small team of Associate Directors and Directors in the Structured Finance team and assist to maintain a portfolio of new and existing securitisation lending customers.

• Support a portfolio of existing securitisation client relationships including internal transaction processes, assessing monthly reporting to ensure compliance with transaction documents.
• Review monthly investor reports and consolidate the data into a dashboard report for management.
• Support deal teams with new client origination activities including market research and transaction execution support such as file notes and CRM management.
• Contribute to credit papers for new non-coded private warehouse securitisations between $50-150m in size and, where required, and assisting with modelling the cash flows of the underlying pool.
• Support the review of transaction legal documentation.
• Assist in completing annual reviews and compliance activities.

Desired Skills and Experience
Your life pre-Judo:

• ~3 years of demonstrated experience working in financial services, rating agency or non-bank financial institution covering securitisation or treasury, including an understanding of credit analysis.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Law, Business, or Economics.
• Financial modelling skills and strong financial acumen.
• Eye for detail and ability to raise any potential issues in a timely manner.
• A high degree of digital literacy.
• Problem solving skills and comfort with questioning the status quo.
• Australian working rights.
