What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, inspiring and motivating your team to hit targets and deliver top-notch service.
  • Overseeing club performance across memberships, retail and operations — keeping us on budget and on track.
  • Staying one step ahead of industry trends and developing fresh strategies to keep our members engaged and our club thriving.
  • Solving challenges on the fly and keeping the club running smoothly.
  • Ensuring our space is always safe, clean, and welcoming for every member.

What You'll Bring:

  • Solid leadership experience (fitness industry experience a huge plus).
  • Strong people and performance management skills.
  • Confidence in budgets, reporting and numbers.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
