The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks.

Your day-to-day duties would include the following;

  • Prospecting for new contacts and leads
  • Manage buyers
  • Scheduling and assisting with open inspections
  • Organizing and helping with private inspections
  • Diary Management – Booking appointments
  • Liaising with the administration team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • good on the phones and presentable
  • is well organised, efficient and able to juggle competing priorities
  • thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment and always willing to go the extra mile
  • has a strong work ethic and is flexible with working hours (this is not your typical 9 to 5 role)
  • prides themselves on attention to detail and providing quality work
  • displays confidence and strong communication skills
  • has intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and Outlook skills.  Experience with Agentbox is well regarded.
  • presents immaculately and is always professional
  • demonstrates initiative and is a supportive team player
