Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Fluer Full time

At
Fluer
, we're not just building another product—we're engineering the future of AI-driven creation and automation. We're looking for a
Project Manager
who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing clarity to complex challenges, and takes full ownership of delivering outcomes—not tasks.

This is a chance to lead high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, design, and growth, ensuring that Fluer remains stable, reliable, and the category-defining platform it is meant to be.

If you excel at orchestrating teams, de-risking delivery, and driving quality with military-grade precision, we want you on our team.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • High-impact ownership
    – You'll be responsible for the smooth execution of releases, improvements, and cross-functional projects that shape the Fluer product.
  • AI-driven innovation
    – Work on a platform at the forefront of AI, automation, and next-gen content generation.
  • Fast-paced, low-bureaucracy culture
    – Work with an elite, execution-focused team that values delivery over meetings.
  • Competitive salary + ESOP
    – Because we believe in rewarding the people who drive our success.
  • Work on a category-defining product
    – Help shape the future of AI-powered design, marketing, and workflow automation.

What You'll Do

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Own the project lifecycle from requirements → scope → engineering alignment → release.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable plans, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Ensure development stays aligned with scope, deadlines, and quality expectations.

Quality, Stability & Release Management

  • Coordinate pre-release testing, validation, and cross-team readiness.
  • Ensure that nothing ships without meeting stability, functionality, and UX expectations.
  • Track P0/P1 issues, ensure rapid resolution, and maintain a zero-tolerance standard for critical failures.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with product, engineering, design, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Communicate risks, progress, timelines, and release expectations with clarity and consistency.
  • Ensure every stakeholder understands what's coming, why it matters, and how it impacts the business.

Requirements, Scope & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate specs, acceptance criteria, and flow clarity for all assigned features or projects.
  • Document dependencies, edge cases, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • Ensure engineering receives complete, unambiguous tickets.

Analytics, Improvement & Business Impact

  • Track metrics tied to product quality, performance, stability, onboarding, and funnel health.
  • Identify friction points and partner with product and engineering to improve them.
  • Use data to drive decisions, highlight risks, and measure impact after releases.

Continuous Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly updates covering releases, issues, UX improvements, priorities, and status of core initiatives.
  • Lead through clarity, structure, ownership, and proactive communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of experience
as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and risk-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of product development workflows, agile methodology, and release planning.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, QA, product design, and leadership.
  • Ability to break down complex problems, define clear scopes, and maintain project clarity end-to-end.
  • A quality-first mindset with zero tolerance for unclear requirements or unstable releases.
  • Strong communication skills—written, spoken, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making (a strong plus).
  • A proactive owner mentality—you don't wait to be told; you anticipate, act, and resolve.

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary
    + ESOP
    – You'll own a share of what you help build.
  • The opportunity to orchestrate the success of a product used by businesses worldwide.
  • A fast-moving environment where execution, ownership, and impact matter.
  • A culture built on innovation, clarity, and driving measurable results.
  • The chance to work on AI-powered technology that is redefining how businesses create, design, and scale.

Fluer: Building the Future of AI & Intelligent Creation

At Fluer, we believe AI should enhance human creativity—not replace it. Our platform helps businesses generate marketing assets, design visuals, and automate creative workflows with unprecedented speed and intelligence.
