Your new role

As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will take ownership of key projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal resources and external vendors for seamless project delivery
  • Managing scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress using project management tools
  • Leading client communications, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Performing risk management and resolving issues to minimise project risks
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting in line with contractual obligations
  • Driving continuous improvement and applying leadership skills throughout the project lifecycle

What you'll need to succeed

The following will be highly regarded:

  • Proven track record of being part of successfully delivered projects
  • Experience working within the Queensland market and understanding local regulations
  • Exposure to high-value, complex projects
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Experience in Contracts Administration or acting as Superintendent
