At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated Community Nursing team at Long Jetty Heath Care Facility and Kincumber Community Health Centre.

This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks' notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.
About The Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play an essential role in supporting clients to receive safe, high-quality care in their homes and the community. Working under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses, you will help deliver coordinated, evidence-based care that promotes independence and wellbeing. In this role you will:

• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice, ensuring safe, timely and person-centred service delivery.
• Support patients in the community through health monitoring, medication administration and wound management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes for clients and families.
• Contribute to quality improvement, professional development and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Maintain accountability for your actions and participate in ongoing performance and skills development.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with medication endorsement and a valid Australian Driver Licence.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills relevant to Community Nursing practice.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including basic computer literacy.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to quality care, professional accountability and continuous learning aligned with the Caring for the Coast vision.
