As we launch our brand-new store in Chatswood, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and deliver the iconic Coach experience.

The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fashion-savvy. You'll play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, stock handling, and inventory management.
  • Process transactions and assist with stock management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or fashion preferred)
  • Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • 37.5 hours per week ( Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat roster)
