**The Roles**:
MUJI Chatswood are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Household team on a permanent, full-time basis The position will require 38 hours per week.

As a Sales Assistant in our Chatswood store, you will be responsible for:

- Maximising sales through delivering exceptional customer service
- Supervising and assisting with the regular replenishment of stock
- Assisting team members with customer enquiries relating to refunds and exchanges
- Upholding visual merchandising standards
- Promoting a safe working environment for your team and customers

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment is highly advantageous
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Flexibility to work across the week as well as late night trade, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to create a friendly and rewarding experience for our customers
- Exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Passionate and motivated to achieve the store sales targets
- A true passion for retail and our MUJI brand
