Shape the Future of CSC's Digital Experience
We're seeking a passionate Digital Producer with strong Sitecore experience who is driven to make a real difference - for our customers, our team and CSC. In this role, you'll help elevate our public website and digital channels to deliver seamless, personalised experiences that truly engage our customers.
This role sits within a small but dedicated Digital Engagement team, and works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, especially the broader Customer Group business unit. Your mission: to deliver impactful, user-centred digital content and experiences that build brand awareness, drive acquisition and boost retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update content on the CSC Public Website using Sitecore, ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory, and accessibility standards
Create and optimise campaign landing pages to boost engagement and guide user actions
Use Sitecore personalisation, A/B testing, and marketing automation to enhance targeted campaigns and customer journeys
Track and report campaign and website performance with Sitecore and analytics tools
Project manage digital initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
Lead agile sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery
Support the development and implementation of digital policies and processes to ensure website content is accurate and compliant.
What we're looking for
Full working rights in Australia
Tertiary Qualifications such as Business Information Systems, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, especially Sitecore (also Adobe AEM, Optimizely, Kentico, Drupal, or similar DXPs)
Strong understanding of digital content best practices, accessibility (WCAG) and UX principles
Proficient with digital tools like Jira, Miro, Figma, etc
Demonstrated ability to manage digital projects and deliver high-quality content in fast-paced environments
Experience with agile ways of working, sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to drive digital innovation across teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
