About Us

Cali Burgers is a local, family-owned burger brand known for serving up fresh, high-quality food with great vibes.

We're expanding our Hoxton Park team and looking for a reliable Full-Time Kitchen Hand to help with food prep and smooth service during busy shifts.

What You'll Do

  • Support the kitchen during service — assemble burgers, sides, and salads quickly and consistently
  • Assist with daily prep (marinating, slicing, sauces, setting up stations)
  • Maintain clean and organised prep and service areas
  • Follow food-safety and hygiene standards
  • Work closely with the team to ensure fast, efficient service

What We're Looking For

  • Previous kitchen or fast-food experience preferred
  • Reliable, hardworking, and fast-paced
  • Able to work weekdays and weekends (day shifts + some evenings)
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
