Join Our Busy Skin & Brow Salon in Botany

Do you love connecting with people, staying organised, and creating memorable client experiences? At Oak & Sage, we're looking for a warm, proactive, and highly organised Front of House team member to be the welcoming face of our business.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, keeps things running seamlessly, and loves contributing to a supportive and uplifting team culture.

Beauty industry experience is an advantage but not essential — a strong background in customer service is a must.


About You

You're the kind of person who:

  • Loves people – you make every client feel valued from the moment they walk in.
  • Takes initiative – you see what needs to be done and do it without being asked.
  • Stays organised – you keep everything on track and pay attention to the details.
  • Is tech-savvy – confident with Google Drive, Canva, Trello, and happy to learn WordPress and Shopify.
  • Enjoys variety – you thrive when every day brings something new.
  • Has an eye for growth – you're always looking for ways to improve processes and client experiences.
  • Presents professionally – you take pride in your appearance and how you represent our brand.

Retail experience or an interest in social media marketing will give you bonus points.


Your Role Will Include:
  • Managing appointments, client communication, and daily salon operations
  • Organising training and fostering a positive, uplifting team culture
  • Stock control, ordering, and receiving from both retail and professional suppliers
  • Creating marketing materials, promotions, and on-brand visual displays
  • Partnering with the business owner to ensure the salon runs smoothly

Hours: 24–30 hours per week (flexible options available) – starting as casual during the probation period.
