Mini Masterminds is an award-winning childcare organisation with 20 centres across NSW. Our centres celebrate individuality, encourage creativity, and spark lifelong learning. Children enjoy unique extracurricular activities such as Mini Masterchefs, Mini Champions, Mini Yoga, and Mini Linguistics—enhancing learning well beyond the classroom.

Position Overview
Join the exciting journey of our Centre in Erskineville, catering for 83 children across three beautiful learning rooms. You will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the educators in your room, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality learning programs in line with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space.
  • Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Support the centre's culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for creating inspiring, engaging learning environments
