We are seeking experienced and passionate qualified Childcare Educators to join a fast growing company. All our services are purpose built with state of the art facilities Vacancies are at the following locations: - **Erskineville, Sydney Olympic Park, Rockdale, Riverstone** to name a few.

**_What we are looking for:_**
- ** Completed Relevant qualifications (CERT III | Diploma | ECT or working towards)**
- Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Working across a variety of shifts - we'll always do our best to accommodate your preferences.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills or willing to learn
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families and children
- Holds a valid
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
