About the role

Frankston Kitchens is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Hand to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Frankston, VIC. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and processing of high-quality kitchen products, contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the production and assembly of kitchen cabinets, benchtops, and other components

  • Operating various machinery and power tools to cut, shape, and finish materials

  • Performing quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support efficient operations

  • Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deadlines

  • Providing support in other areas of the manufacturing process as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the cabinetry industry

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Proficient in the use of power tools and machinery

  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

  • Good physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the role
