About the role
MRP Automotive Refinishing is seeking a talented Contract Panel Beater to join our team in Redland Bay, QLD. This is a contract role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a skilled panel beater, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
- Perform comprehensive panel beating and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Utilise advanced techniques and equipment to restore vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of completed projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a panel beater, with a strong understanding of automotive repair and refinishing
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues
- Proficiency in the use of panel beating tools and equipment
- Understanding of automotive body construction and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
