About the role

MRP Automotive Refinishing is seeking a talented Contract Panel Beater to join our team in Redland Bay, QLD. This is a contract role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a skilled panel beater, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform comprehensive panel beating and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  2. Utilise advanced techniques and equipment to restore vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition
  3. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of completed projects
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a panel beater, with a strong understanding of automotive repair and refinishing
  2. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex issues
  3. Proficiency in the use of panel beating tools and equipment
  4. Understanding of automotive body construction and repair techniques
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
