About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation initiative within a large public-sector organisation. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and enhancement of a key online application used across the justice and community services ecosystem. You will work end-to-end on modernising and future-proofing a critical digital service while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the full stack, is passionate about clean and scalable solutions, and is eager to make a meaningful impact through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications
  • Work across all stages of the software development lifecycle to meet technical and functional requirements
  • Build solution features following OutSystems development best practices
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable code and responsive user interfaces
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting
  • Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities effectively

About You

  • 5+ years of full stack development experience using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
  • Strong hands-on experience with the OutSystems Platform
  • Experience working within Agile development environments
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, version control systems, and CI/CD tools
  • Experience integrating with REST-based services and platforms such as Mulesoft
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL) and data modelling
  • Solid understanding of web development best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business requirements
