Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a role in procurement and contract management? Join a dynamic team in North Sydney and play a key role in managing electricity, gas, and LPG contracts for a diverse range of clients.

What you'll do:

  • Support the procurement team with tendering, contract processing, and client onboarding.
  • Liaise with energy retailers, metering providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and develop accurate reporting and database systems.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders, providing professional, timely support.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, working effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Experience in consultancy, energy, environmental, or metering services is highly regarded.
  • Confident using MS Office and managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide proactive support.
