As our State Sales Manager, you'll become the engine of our growth - a dynamic leader who will steer our sales team, amplify our brand's presence, and tap into new realms of opportunities. Leverage your well-honed network, savvy commercial insights, and collaborative partnership focus to enhance profitability and forge strong industry connections.

Albeit this is a senior role, it is equally a doing-and-delivery role. You'll often find yourself moving between the strategic and the operational space – helping to shape the bigger picture while also rolling up your sleeves to ensure delivery. With two Territory Managers supporting, you'll also spend some time coaching, collaborating, and enabling them to deliver at pace while lifting capability across the team. Your mission goes beyond the numbers - it's rooted in genuine customer engagement, where your presence fosters trust and delivers thoughtful support whenever challenges arise.
