We're looking for a 
high-energy, detail-loving Intake Officer
 to be the first point of contact for clients at 
Nurture & Thrive Psychology Rockhampton
. This is more than just admin — it's a front-line role that requires empathy, confidence, and serious organisation skills.

This role is key to helping our clients take that first brave step into therapy. You'll be the first point of contact for new referrals, coordinating intake appointments and managing our client waitlist with care and precision.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Actioning referrals from GPs, schools, and families — fast and accurately
• Coordinating intake appointments, sending consent forms via Halaxy
• Managing our intake inbox and incoming enquiries with warmth and clarity
• Tracking waitlists and clinician availability
• Liaising with our in-person admin team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Spotting gaps and taking initiative — not waiting to be told what to do

Tools We Use:

• Halaxy
• Google Drive
• Microsoft Word/Excel
• DocuSign
