Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store operations: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual merchandising, POS, and customer service

  • Deliver proactive and professional sales service

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets

  • Manage stock control and reporting (weekly sales reports)

  • Coordinate with Head Office, marketing, and merchandising on promotions and launches

  • Prepare staff rosters and conduct interviews/appraisals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in bags/luggage retail, including 2 years in independent store management

  • Strong customer focus with proven sales leadership

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
