Are you passionate about driving excellence in healthcare? We're seeking a
Quality Manager
to lead and drive the quality, safety and continuous improvement framework across our Oncology practices in Western Australia.

This is a
permanent role
, offering a
9-day fortnight
and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Support the ongoing implementation of the clinical governance framework.
  • Lead and drive design, rollout, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Report quality outcomes to the state and nationally drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both patient and employee groups.
  • Provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with national safety and quality standards (e.g., NSQHS).
  • Support staff safety and quality capability building
  • Represent quality and safety as a key member of the state leadership team.
  • Contribute to national quality projects as part of the broader quality team.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management or quality.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven experience to be able to adapt quickly to change.
  • Working experience and strong knowledge of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Experience with quality systems, SharePoint/Intranet, and risk/incident management tools.
  • Strong background in developing and delivering training in the area of quality and safety, and working collaboratively with project teams, subject matter experts, and a range of stakeholders, to build a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Expertise in document standardisation and control, internal audit, compliance and process mapping.
  • Proven analytical and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
