We make damn good ice cream. And we serve it in a space that's just as sweet—beautiful, welcoming, and full of great people.

We're looking for a Café Supervisor to work alongside our manager and help lead the team, especially on her days off.

This isn't a top-down, clipboard-wielding kind of role. It's for someone who's hands-on, switched-on, and cares about the little things that make a place run smoothly and feel good to be in.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the café manager and stepping into her shoes when she's not around
  • Leading shifts with warmth and steadiness—keeping the vibe calm, kind, and customer-focused
  • Making sure the space stays clean, stocked, and beautiful
  • Being someone the team can rely on and talk to when they need help or guidance
  • Helping with things like menu updates, keeping an eye on stock, and flagging anything that needs fixing or improving

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

Have experience in hospitality and know how to hold your own during a busy shift

Are someone who notices—how a customer likes their coffee, when a teammate needs a break, or when something's out of place

Communicate clearly and kindly

Can lead by example, without ego or fuss

Actually like people (this one matters more than anything)

This role is ideal if:

You're ready for more responsibility but don't want to run the whole show. You want to be part of a genuinely supportive team. And you're the kind of person who takes pride in doing things well—even the little things, especially the little things.

Full-time role available, based at our Elizabeth Town café. Immediate start available.

This is a level 5 position under the Restaurant Industry award.
