About the Role

Support a high‑performing team delivering essential services to Queensland communities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys variety and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, charters, ferries and vehicle hire
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone queries and emails
  • Deliver professional, timely and customer‑focused support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, industry contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery
  • Produce accurate reports, documents and record updates using systems such as Microsoft Office and other internal platforms
  • Develop and maintain procedures, registers and administrative documentation
  • Provide general administrative support as required across multiple business teams

Mandatory Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
