The Opportunity

They are seeking a Small Works Estimator to join their Sydney team. Working on projects up to $2M in value, this role is perfect for someone looking to take ownership of their estimating work while being part of a dynamic, professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate tenders, cost plans, and take-offs
  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Applying value engineering principles to deliver cost-effective solutions
  • Supporting project teams through the bid and delivery process
  • Working closely with clients to ensure strong communication and trust

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience as an estimator within the NSW construction industry
  • Proven track record across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or small works projects
  • Strong understanding of NSW construction market pricing
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with estimating software and MS Office
