About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Specialist to join their team and play a key role in the success of upcoming landmark developments across Sydney. This is a rare opportunity - no cold calling or door knocking required - to represent a brand synonymous with quality and results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from first enquiry through to settlement
  • Promote and sell premium residential properties
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Host project launches, sales presentations, and open homes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate contract execution with legal and finance teams
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate or project sales
  • Speak Mandarin (not critical but preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Sydney property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Property (preferred but not essential)
