Shifts & Pay Rates
We're looking for all-rounders who are happy to work across both domestic and commercial cleaning. We offer consistent hours and flexibility to suit your availability.

Domestic Cleaning

• Monday to Friday, between 6:00am – 6:00pm

• From $32.31 per hour + 12% Superannuation + travel allowance

• Example shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm or 9:30am–5:30pm

Commercial Cleaning

• Monday to Friday, between 2:00pm – 11:30pm

• From $36.19 per hour + 12% Superannuation + travel allowance

We roster based on your availability and preferences, and we're ideally looking for team members open to a mix of both shift types.

NO WEEKENDS Yay

This is a casual role but there is really as much work as you want/need for the right applicants as we roster based on performance.

What You'll Be Required To Do:

• Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks, ensuring homes are immaculately cleaned and organised to our high standards.

• Interact respectfully and compassionately with our diverse clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.

• Collaborate effectively within our team to complete tasks efficiently and uphold our service excellence.

• Drive extensively throughout South East Melbourne to clean homes and offices.

• Ensure the welfare of clients by reporting any concerns or observations during visits.

• Take responsibility for locking clients' homes securely and managing home and office security systems as needed.

• Behave professionally and proudly while wearing our provided uniform, representing our company's values and commitment to excellence.

• Care for and maintain our products and equipment responsibly, ensuring they are handled with care and kept in good working condition.
