**Your role at Nextt**

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organizing and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

We are currently looking for experienced support workers to join a 24/7 roster in Bayswater, VIC. In this role, you will be supporting our clients with domestic assistance and community access. This is a 24/7 roster so we are looking for people interested in working flexible hours and who have the ability to commit to afternoon shifts, 5 days a week.

You will lead independence-building and self-care activities for our clients, with a strong focus on social support.

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs
- Experience with autism and behaviours of concern
- Existing knowledge of mental health challenges

**Your certificates and licenses**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
- Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle

Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
