We are a renowned and established centre with a Meeting Accreditation in Hills Area and very conveniently located. We require a Full Time experienced Director/Nominated Supervisor to join our team to operate our medium sized child care centre .

As the Centre Director you will be responsible for

-all the documentation associated with the day to day running of the centre

-Ensuring supervision and safety of the children at all times

-managing the Third party software (OWNA) for fees and CCS related matters

-driving occupancy with a capability of using marketing and social media tools while handling Parent enquiries and new enrolments

-ensuring Regulatory compliance at all times and having a strong culture of Quality Improvement plan( QIP)

-maintaining strong partnership and communication with families and local community

-Leadership of our staff and their professional development.

As a Nominated Supervisor you will be required to make sure the service complies with all regulations requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the Educational programs and staff at the service.

Applicants will have strong communication skills and be organised, as well as having a caring and professional approach to their work. In return you will have the opportunity to join a positive, high achieving, supportive team. You must have a recognised ECT or W/T ECT with at least two years of experience as Director/ NS in Early Childhood Industry. You will also be required to have a valid WWCC, Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate and Child Protection Certificate.
