Overview
The transformation you will experience:
The Digital Operations Director, PMX will work with our PMX Product leads and key agency stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and exceptional standards across all PMX product.

This role will have a strong focus on ensuring excellence in campaign set up, data application, brand safety, brand suitability, SPO, verification. This role requires an expert understanding of the digital advertising landscape to effectively manage and optimize operational processes while maintaining high standards of compliance and ad delivery accuracy.

The Digital Operations Director will be tasked with implementing strategies and technologies that protect brand reputation and enhance advertising performance, ensuring all digital campaigns align with Groupe standards and client expectations.

Your Scope Will Include

  • Agency and Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and client inquiries related to PMX Lift, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and questions. You will also be accountable for producing client recommendations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance and feed back to technology partners or internal teams
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with Product leads and technology partners to continuously streamline and enhance campaign delivery workflows and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Consistent approach to data: Work with Head of Digital to ensure a consistent approach to how data is used across all PMX product .
  • Integrate Publicis ID: Work with Head of Digital to ensure integration of Publicis ID into all PMX Product.
  • Testing Framework: Support Product Leads on the development and execution of an outcome testing framework to

What type of person will be successful in this role:

  • Preferred experience across advertising agency/tech background
  • Have high attention to detail, possess an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker and be self-motivated/proactive.
  • Track record of successful stakeholder management
  • Sound knowledge of ad-tech: DSP's, SSP's, DMP, Verification technology, Adserving, RTB etc.
  • Liaised with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Quality driven - you have a strong eye for the aesthetic, and you set yourself and others (your team, vendors, advertisers, etc) the highest professional bar in all situations
