Senior Conveyancer

Locations: Brisbane CBD, Gold Coast, Logan, and North Lakes

A reputable General Practice Law Firm is seeking skilled Conveyancers and Property Paralegals for positions across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan, and North Lakes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with experienced professionals, with potential for future management roles within the firm. Experience with LEAP and PEXA Settlements is preferred.

About the Firm: Our firm provides a range of legal services, including:

  • Family Law
  • Wills & Estate Administration
  • Conveyancing and Leases
  • Crime & Traffic Law
  • Commercial Litigation

Position Details: As a Senior Conveyancer , you will be responsible for managing your own files from start to finish and will report directly to the Principal. These full-time roles are based in Brisbane CBD, Logan, North Lakes, and the Gold Coast, with occasional travel between locations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in client communication and professional advice
  • Strong time management and file management skills
  • Proficiency with LEAP, PEXA, Microsoft Office, and research tools
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client service
  • Willingness to actively promote and market the firm's services
  • Experience in other areas of law is an advantage
