- Develop and facilitate training content: Design and personally deliver engaging technical or behavioural training sessions when required.
- Implement and manage the LMS: Support system rollout, ensure data accuracy, and promote adoption across business units.
- Partner on behavioural and leadership training: Work with the People & Culture team to deliver programs that strengthen culture and leadership capability.
- Monitor and report on KPIs: Track completion rates, participation, and outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness.

- Proven experience managing apprenticeship or traineeship programs.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver training sessions effectively.
- Experience with LMS platforms and training compliance systems.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to travel interstate as required.
Why Mayfield Group:
- Proudly Australian company with over 80 years of history
- Collaborative, values-driven, and evolving culture
- Professional growth and development opportunities
