The Role

We are currently seeking a Full Time Trade Team Member to join our busy team at our Norwood Store We are looking for a motivated and inspiring individual who is looking to work for a company with great culture, ongoing development and growth opportunities and great staff discounts.

As a Trade Team Member, you will be the face of the business dealing directly with trade customers, assisting with sales, stock replenishment, and developing a strong sales standard within the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide GREAT service and advise customers on hardware products and services
  • Build relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs
  • Manage stock levels, minimise shrinkage and stock loss
  • Maintain correct stock tickets
  • Perform stock refill

Requires skills and attributes:

  • Strong understanding of WHS requirements
  • Customer Service background
  • Forklift licence highly desirable
  • Knowledge of trade products ideal, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work within a team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
