Carpenter / Tradesperson

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Carpenter / Tradesperson to join our friendly crew at Craig's Property Solutions, based in Penrith and working across Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

This full-time role suits someone with solid carpentry experience, an eye for detail, and pride in doing quality work. You'll be involved in home renovations, extensions, remedial works, and commercial fit-outs, helping us deliver the high standards our clients know us for.

• Carry out all aspects of carpentry, including framing, fit-off, and detailed finishing.
• Read and follow plans and specifications accurately.
• Work collaboratively with our team and other trades to get the job done right.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment.
• Take pride in your attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Qualified Carpenter (Cert III) or equivalent trade experience.
• 3–5 years' experience after completing your apprenticeship in carpentry or construction.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Confident reading plans, problem-solving, and thinking ahead.
• Reliable, punctual, and easy-going, with good communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and pride in your workmanship.
• Current driver's licence and own tools.
• Must be an Australian resident with full working rights.
