About The Role
Band 2 - base salary from $85,000 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience
Join TasNetworks and play a key role in keeping our people and operations moving. We're looking for a proactive
Business Services Coordinator
to provide high-quality support to our Fleet team, delivering excellent customer service, accurate reporting and efficient coordination in a fast-paced environment.
The role can be based at any of our major depots and is responsible for:
- Maintaining fleet data for analysis and reporting
- Processing invoices, purchase orders and open orders accurately
- Managing and actioning tasks in the fleet inbox
- Keeping records and documentation up to date in SharePoint
- Supporting process improvements
- Providing administrative support to the broader team
About You
You're organised, customer-focused and thrive in a busy environment where attention to detail matters.
You'll Also Bring
- Experience in a similar admin or coordination role supporting multiple stakeholders
- A positive, proactive approach and excellent customer service skills
- Confidence with the Microsoft 365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint and SAP
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive or data-heavy tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
