We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ORTHODONTIC DENTAL ASSISTANT (EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL DENTAL OR ORTHODONTICS PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL) to join our rapidly growing, state-of-the-art, specialist orthodontic practice in Essendon.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • To provide our patients and their families with warm, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Liaising with patients and practitioners
  • Providing information and education to patients regarding treatment
  • Providing chairside assistance to our specialist orthodontists and hygienists
  • Sterilising and maintaining equipment, ensuring that the highest standards of infection control are performed at all times
  • General cleaning and re-stocking duties
  • Clinical photography and intra-oral scanning
  • Greeting patients
  • Reception and general administrative duties as needed
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Processing payments

  • Ideally looking for FULL TIME
  • There are NO late nights and NO weekend work
  • WE WILL PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ON THE JOB TRAINING SO EXPERIENCE IN ORTHODONTICS, WHILE PREFERRED, IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
