We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities in the EV and energy sector, with a focus on integrating credit card payment solutions and selling our own proprietary products. This role will involve prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with B2B clients, including charging network operators (CPO's), fleet managers, OEM's and energy providers.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the EV and energy sectors, targeting clients who can benefit from integrated credit card payment solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, fleet managers, product managers and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive adoption of our payment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Represent Nayax at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Proven experience in B2B business development, preferably within the EV, energy, or fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of credit card payment solutions and their integration (into B2B platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem, energy markets, or related industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
