ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Visual Merchandiser (eCommerce) at MESHKI, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining the visual aesthetic of our online presence across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. This role will focus on optimising the presentation of on-site collections, creating engaging edits for key shopping moments, and analysing performance to ensure an elevated customer experience. With a strong understanding of styling, visual merchandising, and user behaviour, you will ensure that MESHKI's website remains visually appealing, cohesive, and aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Strategise and plan on-site collections to ensure the site consistently reflects current fashion trends and seasonal themes, keeping the site fresh and relevant for customers.
  • Conduct A/B testing on different collections and landing pages to determine which visual strategies lead to higher engagement and conversions.
  • Create event-specific collections for special occasions like flash sales, content creator collaborations, or events, ensuring that collections align with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the website's menu and navigation across all regions (Australia, United States, United Kingdom) to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Regularly audit site navigation and ensure that product categories, collections, and edits are easy to find and align with customer search behaviour.
  • Design collection merchandising with the customer journey in mind, ensuring intuitive product groupings that guide users from discovery to purchase.
  • Maintain a high-end aesthetic across all digital platforms by working closely with the creative and product teams.
  • Monitor search trends (e.g., peak searches for holiday gifting, New Year's Eve dresses, etc.) and recommend optimal times for featuring these collections.
  • Work closely with the content and ecommerce teams to develop cohesive visual and written content (e.g.,blog posts and PLP ingrids) that enhances each collection's narrative.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proven experience in digital visual merchandising, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of styling, fashion trends, and visual merchandising principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing site navigation, collections, and categories across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of MESHKI's brand and target audience.
