We are a family owned and operated and as leaders in the childcare sector, with years of experience in operating childcare centres, we are looking for Lead Educators to be a part of the Kool Beanz family and local community.

The position:

We are seeking a Lead Educator who has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or is working towards achieving the qualification.

Position Summary:

  • Help to support your team, to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery
  • Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma qualified or working towards obtaining the qualification
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Current Paid Working with Children Check in New South Wales
  • An understanding of EYLF
  • Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with team members, children and families
  • Passion to provide safe, quality education to the next generation of children
  • Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude
