Ekium Australia, a company of Groupe Snef, is based in Adelaide and provides engineering, digital twin, product design and detail design services. We are growing our already established, diverse and talented team.

Located on the city fringe, we offer an excellent opportunity to be involved in all aspects of engineering services, including engineering calculations, design, FEA, CFD, report writing and detail design.

Our clients include leading organisations in the industrial, mining, defence, infrastructure and consumer equipment sectors. While your primary discipline will be structural and civil engineering, you will also have opportunities to collaborate across mechanical, electrical and piping disciplines. You will work with a broad range of software packages, including Inventor, SolidWorks, MicroStation, AutoCAD, PTC Creo, NX, Catia, Advanced Steel and Cradle.

We are seeking a talented engineer who brings developed industry skills, strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset. You will enjoy the challenges of structural design and be equally comfortable using CAD tools to produce high-quality drawings that comply with building codes and relevant standards.

As our business model includes on-site client support and hybrid work, you will be required to work within client offices at times.

Qualifications

You will hold formal qualifications in structural or civil engineering, such as:

  • A bachelor's (or master's) degree in civil/structural engineering; or
  • An associate degree in civil/structural engineering from TAFE, with a pathway to a university bachelor's degree.
