About The Role
We're looking for an experienced
Client Services / Contract Manager
to oversee the management of multiple cleaning and maintenance contracts across multiple sites within the Adelaide CBD and regional SA.
Reporting to the State Manager SA/NT, you'll be the key liaison between clients and our operational teams—overseeing service delivery, resolving issues, and implementing improvements that strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
Location:
ACS Adelaide office and client sites (some WFH flexibility). Regional travel required from time to time, with company car provided for work purposes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the management of multiple cleaning and maintenance contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with service agreements, company standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor contract performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and support operational teams, including supervisors and inspection officer.
- Address client requirements and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as the Client Experience Team, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and clients.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in contract management, ideally within property or facilities services industries.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on service delivery.
- Demonstrated team leadership and ability to manage staff performance.
- Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs.
- Competence in relevant software tools (CRM, scheduling, reporting platforms).
- Knowledge of compliance standards and safety practices in the industry would be highly desirable.
