The role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team of professionals. This role is suited to someone who can work as a team member.
Required skills and experience
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and screening incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate team members
Managing the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is well-organised and presentable at all times
Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organising meetings
Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence as needed
Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion with all client information
Contributing to a positive work environment and fostering a great client experience
