Our radiology clinic located in Menai is currently seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the team. The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between the core hours of 7.45am and 5pm.

**What you will be doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception.
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers.
- Prioritise compliance and privacy in all aspects of your work.
- Be able to multitask and show empathy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
