About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate male Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living with a disability in Epping and nearby areas. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and building life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Assist with community participation and recreational activities
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation needs
  • Implement care plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Foster independence and promote dignity of clients

Requirements:

  • Must be male (for client-specific care needs)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) (if required)
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations (as per regulations)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly

Desirable:

  • Experience in disability or aged care support
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support)
