About the role

RJK installations is seeking experienced Cabinet Makers - Installers to join our growing team in the eastern suburbs. This is a full-time position that involves the installation of high-quality custom cabinets and joinery solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • installing custom cabinets, benchtops, and associated joinery items according to client specifications
  • Precisely measuring and marking out materials for cutting and shaping
  • Operating power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and install cabinet components
  • Installing completed cabinet units and joinery at client sites, ensuring a high standard of finish
  • Collaborating with the design team to interpret plans and translate them into physical products
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Ensuring all work meets relevant building codes and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade
  • Proven experience in fabricating and installing custom cabinetry and joinery
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, woodworking machinery, and measuring equipment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety
